Can Talent Management Improve Training, Sustainability and Excellence in the Labor Market?

The objective of this article is to analyze the characteristics most attractive companies in labor market, which each year maintained their position ranking published by Spanish business magazine Actualidad Económica (AE) for period 2013–2020. research study will focus on permanence ranking, global valuation, and training. To do this, control variables were added: management gender, geo-cultural areas, regional economic activity, size stock market membership. This a quantitative work, where statistics such as partial correlations, Pearson coefficients independent sample means used with Levene test; modeling, multiple regressions ordinary least squares (OLS) panel data used. It concluded that significantly increases total value training, leads excellence, along fact they are capital country commerce, professional, scientific technical, finance insurance sectors. On other hand, assessment training explained employee work environment talent management. contrary, factors gender variable direction, nationality, membership not influence overall valuation.
